Charles Fogland is a political and labor professional serving as Political Liaison for UFCW Local 7. A graduate of Colorado State University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History. Charles has extensive experience in political organizing, advocacy, and labor.

His background includes grassroots political campaigns, legislative and political advocacy, coalition building, and developing relationships with elected officials, candidates, labor organizations, and community partners. He has also served as a Union Shop Steward, providing firsthand experience with the workplace issues affecting UFCW members.

In his role as Political Liaison, Charles combines his political and organizing experience with his knowledge of the labor movement to advocate for UFCW Local 7 members and working families throughout Colorado.
