UFCW Local 7 Announces Tentative Agreement With JBS USA Following Three-Week Unfair Labor Practice Strike
Contract Secures Hard-Fought Victories for Nearly 3,800 Workers at Greeley Flagship Plant
GREELEY, Colo. — United Food and Commercial Workers Local 7 today announced that its bargaining committee has reached a tentative agreement with JBS USA on a new collective bargaining agreement covering nearly 3,800 workers at the JBS flagship beef processing plant in Greeley, Colorado. The tentative agreement comes after two days of negotiations following the parties return to the bargaining table after a historic three-week Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) strike, during which Local 7 members demonstrated extraordinary courage, unity, and resolve on the picket line.
The tentative agreement will now be presented to the membership for a ratification vote on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
